His doctoral thesis was on bureaucratic creativity in international organizations. In France, he was editor-in-chief and then editorial director of La Gazette Cournot, a monthly economic, political and social news magazine. At the same time, Francis was also the Creative Community Manager of MosaiC HEC Montréal. For 3 years, he was the co-founder of a Montreal-based strategic consulting firm. He also participated in the organization of Creative Mornings Montréal events in 2014. Writer, blogger and speaker, he is an ambassador of the C2-MTL business conference.
Francis is an expert in executive training. He has elaborated and facilitated workshops on innovation, creativity, collaboration, failure in business, teamwork and much more. In October 2015, he created FG8, a management consulting organization.

Based on a deep understanding of workbased learning, he imagines and puts into motion some audacious pedagogical approaches that take advantage of interactivity and collective intelligence.

From 2000 to 2012, Claude was a partner at SECOR, a leading Canadian firm in Strategic consulting. He was named leader of the Strategic Leadership practice with SECOR Europe’s office in Paris. The experience he acquired working with some of the world’s largest multinationals allowed him to deepen his perspective on leadership, especially as it relates to cultural and strategic dimensions. Claude is certified in the « Immunity to Change » Train the trainer program developed by Robert Kegan at Harvard University.


Since 2013 he has held consulting roles focusing on the business and media strategies of many firms including the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, Mutek, the National Film Board of Canada, the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Phi Centre, Real Ventures and many others. He sits on the Montreal Symphony Orchestra’s Digital Strategy Committee.

Through major projects, Marie-Amélie has developed an expertise in strategic and financial business recovery. She has been working as a consultant for public and para-governmental organizations for 15 years, thus becoming a specialist in organizational development, economic analysis and new markets expansion strategies.

He regularly works in Canada, and also in France, in the United States and other parts of the world in multicultural environments. He also has a significant experience in management, marketing and sales at key positions in consumer goods companies of international scope.
Training, which was his management style during his years in business, has become his sole activity. At every occasion, He aims at a real and solid development of competence and attitude within specific and strategic business contexts.

Prior to her career in consulting, she held Management positions with organizations in manufacturing (pulp and paper, pharmaceutical) and banking.
She held an Associate Teacher position, at Université du Québec, MBA Programme, for the course « Change Management in Organizations ».
Marie is fluent in English, French and Portuguese; functional in Spanish.
She is a graduate from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

After completing his Bachelor degree in Communication in Vancouver, Malte worked for the Daimler Corporate University in Stuttgart. His Master degree in International Business took him to Freiburg and Paris, where he gained further experience in Management Development at HSBC. In Paris, Malte launched a career first at BNP Paribas, then at HSBC as Sales and Relationship Manager to large multinationals (CIB). In 2015, he founded kalum consulting, a small network of multilingual, internationally experienced consultants.
Malte was born in Germany and has lived, studied and worked for numerous years in British Columbia (Canada) and France. He is a German-French citizen and his working languages are English, German and French.

Passionate about strategy and organizational development, she focuses on internal and external business relationships, collaboration and multidisciplinary perspectives in order to bring organizations to understand where they stand and to draw a cohesive future.
Kim joined FG8’s team in 2017 and was involved in projects for customers such as Lune Rouge, City of Montréal, FailCamp Montréal and partners in the United States.

Trinational, he has gained professional experience in Canada, the United States and France, thereby nurturing his understanding of strategy in an international setting. In a previous life, he was artist manager and producer in the music industry.
